Having worked in the psychology and mental health field within the NHS for 10 years, my unique coaching method has been developed using a blend of psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and compassion-focused practices creating an approach rooted in evidence that gives you life-changing results.
