BIO
Lucy Spicer is an accredited psychological coach and founder of the Lucy Spicer Practice.
Certified and trusted, with over 10 years of experience in the psychology field, Lucy has worked with 1000’s of clients across various psychology services and specialist hospitals in the NHS and private sector with anxiety, low mood and trauma. Her journey has included supporting patients with cancer, learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental problems (including Autism and ADHD).
Lucy then left the NHS in 2019 to set up her own private coaching practice in order to provide the care she wanted to for her clients. With a signature coaching method that blends psychology and neuroscience with her own intuitive knowing, her vision is to empower women to master their mind, challenge their limiting beliefs and redefine their thinking to become the best version of themselves.
