What is psychological life coaching?
Psychological life coaching is designed to give you the tools to unlock your full potential. Most of us tend to form self-limiting beliefs (I will never achieve, I always fail) and we will often weave these beliefs into stories and narratives about ourselves which sabotage success. These stories can powerfully stop us from achieving our potential and if not challenged can fool us into believing our self-critical thoughts. The process of psychological life coaching is about identifying and challenging our self-limiting beliefs and stories which can prevent us in from fulfilling our desires.
