What are your qualifications?

I have an MSc in Psychology (accredited by the British Psychological Society), I am an Accredited Life Coach (Association for Coaching) and hold an undergraduate degree in Criminology with Psychology (BA Hons). I have received training in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and compassion focused therapy and have worked in the NHS in psychology services in world-leading hospitals for over five years.

What is ‘Psychological’ in Psychological Life Coaching?

The ‘psychological’ comes from the integration of evidence-based models i.e. cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience and psycho-education (an understanding of why we might feel a certain way i.e. anxiety) with life coaching as a method to powerfully uncover and combat what is preventing you from achieving your goals.

How many sessions will I need?

I work with my clients for a minimum of 8 sessions, over a 4 month period. My coaching style is not a ‘quick fix’ in order to allow for long lasting transformation and change. After these 8 sessions we will review your progress and decide whether you need more sessions and if so, how many. Each client’s journey is unique and many of my clients decide to work with me for 6 months and longer.

Do I have to be based in London to work with you?

No! I use ‘zoom’ (video calling) with all my clients, so I can work with you wherever you are based.

Do you only work with adults?

I have extensive experience working with children, young adults and their parents in NHS psychology services. I also offer mentoring to young adults. Please fill in my contact form to see how I can help.
